Los Glaciares National Park

Walking and Trekking are undoubtedly one of the best ways of getting up close and personal with the incredible natural landscapes of Argentina. The Andes mountain range provides the world´s greatest hiking playground. Varied, exciting, mystical and breathtaking.

You don´t need to summit the peak of Cerro Aconcagua or explore the remote highlands of Catamarca in order to experience the Andes at their very best. We recognise the demand for shorter duration and more accessible trekking itineraries. We can organise either fully supported with a team of guides and porters, or independent self-guided programs where we provide all of the necessary information.

Our main destination for outdoor activities is of course Patagonia, here we work closely with local experts based in the outdoor hubs of El Chalten (for Fitzroy mountain range, Viedma Glaciar etc.) and Bariloche (for Cerro Catedral, Cerro Tronador, and the beautiful national parks of the Lake District) to operate high quality expeditions and day trips. Away from the hotspots, we also have trekking programs in the lesser-known northwest regions of Salta and Jujuy, where the Andes take on a whole new appearance!

Other forms of active travel that we can arrange for you include kayaking in Patagonia and cycling excursions in Buenos Aires and around the vineyards of Mendoza. If you require something a bit more thrill-seeking then we can also arrange mountain bike hire or guided single-track tours in the Lake District region.
