That is why we are undergoing the certification process with Travelife, an international non-profit organisation that promotes sustainability in tourism through training, management, and certification for agencies and operators. 

This path involves an internal review of our practices and relationships across the entire value chain.

Some of the key points of the programme are:
 

- Environmental management in the office: optimising resources such as paper, energy, and water, reducing and recycling waste.
 

- Conscious mobility and climate compensation: informing travellers about their environmental footprint and supporting emission offsetting.
 

- Training and awareness: engaging the whole team with continuous sustainability education.
 

- Selection of suppliers and accommodation: prioritising partners with responsible social and environmental practices.
 

- Connection with destinations: supporting local development, fostering cultural respect, and promoting environmental balance.
 

- Communication with travellers: encouraging responsible decisions through good practices and codes of conduct.

Travelife certification sets realistic goals, provides tools and solutions to implement positive changes in our business and throughout the commercial chain. It is international recognition that ensures every journey we offer is aligned with quality environmental and social criteria.
